The Otsego Farmer, page 5
Mrs. Fannie Baldwin
On Sunday morning, March 16th, death claimed Mrs. Fanny Baldwin, who had been for eight years, a resident of East Springfield, and had won a large circle of friends who deeply mourn her death. Her illness was so brief that many did not know of it until her death was announced. She possessed many noble qualities - kind hearted, intelligent and cheerful, with a well founded Christian character. When such a woman dies, the family circle, society, the church and the community, all meet with a loss. It is deeply felt in this instance. Sincere and general sympathy is extended to the afflicted mother and sisters.
