Amos Martin Bridendolph, 59, of Williamsport, Md., passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012, at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Feb. 24, 1952, in Hagerstown, Md., he was the son of the late Daniel Blair and Helen Louise Bridendolph.
He was a veteran of the U.S Army, serving during the Vietnam War.
He was a member of Broadfording Bible Brethren Church in Hagerstown.
He was a member of Potomac American Legion Post 202 in Williamsport.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Vickie Longnecker Bridendolph of Williamsport; daughter, Melissa Bridendolph of Hagerstown; daughter, Amy Bowyer of Falling Waters, W.Va.; daughter, Rebekah Sterling of Williamsport; granddaughters, Cheyenne, Savannah, Victoria and Madison; grandsons, Jordan and Dakota; great-granddaughter, Olivia; brother, Guy Ryce of Hagerstown; brother, Steve Blair of Clear Spring, Md.; brother, Dale Blair of Clear Spring; sister, Kim Cunningham of Fairplay, Md.; and stepmother, Betty Blair of Clear Spring.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Craig Ryce.

The family will receive friends Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, The funeral home will be open Thursday after 9 a.m. for the convenience of family and friends.
A graveside service will be Friday, Jan. 27, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Broadfording Bible Brethren Church Cemetery, Hagerstown, with the Rev. Bill Wyand officiating.
