YORKTOWN--Phillip Lawrence Prevost, 56, died Saturday in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.
Mr. Prevost was born in Muncie and graduated from Royerton High School in 1960. He attended Indiana Business College. He was a partner in Frank Heuer Equipment 1961-1969, worked for Panscape and retired from Norfolk Southern Corp., Roanoake, Va., in 1998 after 19 years of employment.
Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Nellie Perry Prevost; two sons, Timothy F. Prevost (wife-Pam), and Danny Taylor; a daughter, Kathryn Davis (husband-Troy); a sister, Sandra Blaylock (husband-G.Dee); six grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Parson Mortuary. Entombment will be in Elm Ridge Mausoleum. Calling will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and an hour before services Wednesday at Parson Mortuary.
Memorials may be made to the Isanogel Center.
