Mrs. Lillian Robson, of Newlin, died Sunday, June 29, after a short illness. Mrs. Robson was born in Yell County, Arkansas, in 1895.
The funeral services were held at 2 p.m. June 30, conducted by Rev. H.A. Shaw, pastor of the First Christian church of Memphis. Burial was in the Newlin cemetery Monday afternoon.
The deceased made her home with her only brother, E.E. Slay in Newlin, for the past three years. She is survived by one son, Meredith Walker, age 20, who resides in Chicago. The son arrived in Newlin at 11 o'clock, just before his mother's death.
