Laura M. Wright Fleury, 94, of Standart Woods Apartments, Auburn, died Friday, Jan. 20, 2012 at Auburn Memorial Hospital. Born in Aurelius, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Sarah Lester Martin. Mrs. Fleury lived in the area all her life. She was a 1935 graduate of Union Springs High School. In her later years, she worked at the Auburn Nursing Home, retiring after15.5 years of service. She was a member of Cayuga United Methodist Church, a group travel leader for 14 years with Cayuga Aurelius Seniors and was a member of Savannah, Fleming and Union Springs Seniors. She is survived by two daughters; a stepdaughter; stepson; stepdaughter-in-law; four granddaughters,; and several great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Fleury was predeceased by her first husband, Kenneth L. Wright in 1984, her husband, Eldred K. Fleury in January 2011, her brother, Gerald Martin, stepson, Terry Fleury and stepdaughter, Sharon Marsh.
