Mrs. Faye Vick of rural Thebes, Il. died December 3,1966 at Union County Hospital in Anna, Il. She was born June 25, 1907 in Cameron, Mo. to George Thomas and Margaret Elizabeth Adams Stilfield. She was 59 years old. She and her husband had lived in Chicago for several years before retiring to Thebes, Il. Mrs. Vick was a member St. Andrew's Methodist Church in Homewood, Il., the Women's Society of
Christian Service,and Past Secretay of Southern District of Rockford Conference of Methodist Church. She loved playing Bridge and going to the Chicago Cubs and White Sox baseball games. She was survived by her husband, Lawrence K. Vick to which she was married on May 14, 1932. She leaves two sisters: Mrs. Ona Steele and Miss Edna Stilfield both of Cameron, Mo. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews.Funeral was held at 1 P.M. at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church near Tamms, Il. Burial in Saint John's Cemetery, Dongola, Il. Crain funeral Home in charge.
