Sally R. Barnett Meadows, 84, of Eleanor died August 24, 2001, at Country Villa Care Home, Buffalo, after a long illness.
She retired from Putnam Aging and was a former employee of Buffalo Shopping Center and Buffalo Cannery. She attended Eleanor Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Basil Meadows.
Surviving: daughter, Karen Kovalchik and husband, Andy, of Gahanna, Ohio; sons, Leroy and wife, Shirley, of Eleanor, Donald "Choc" and wife, Reva, of Eleanor, Dale and wife, Sue, of Winfield, Fred and wife, Janet, of Red House, Davie and wife, Peggy, of Red House, Ron and wife, Gabi, of Johnstown, Ohio, and Bruce and wife, Rosemary, of Miller Creek, North Carolina; sister, Loraine Stover of Kenna; 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Service was held Monday, August 27, 2001, at Gatens FuneraL Home, Poca, with Andy Kovalchik officiating. Burial was in Grandview Cemetery, Red House. Memorial donations may be sent to the American Heart Association, 4510-C Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston WV.
