Eliza Black
Eliza Grace Stone Black, 86, of Louisville, Ky., died Wednesday, June 1, 2005, at Norton Audubon Hospital in that city.
She was born April 27, 1919, the daughter of Albert and Martha Walders Stone. She was a member of the Methodist faith, a former employee of Highlands Cleaners, and a "die-hard" UK Wildcats fan.
She is survived by one nephew, Ray Scott of Prospect, Ky.; and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Black; brothers Roy, Edward, and James Clifford Stone; and sisters Bessie Scott and Maudie Jones.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. EDT at Ransdell Funeral Home in Bedford, Ky., with burial in the Bedford I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
