Yarmouth Men Instantly Killed in Auto Crash.

As we go to press with the last pages of the News-Herald late Friday afternoon word reaches us that Forrest Gabeline and his son Wayne of the Yarmouth community, were both instantly killed when their car collided with one driven by Paul Stewart, as they approached the Strothman corner north of New London, shortly after noon. Stewart lives northwest of New London. As the cars crashed the Gabeline car careened and struck a telephone pole. Mr. Stewart was injured but his wife and child riding with him escaped injury, we understand. The necks of the Gabelines were broken and it is thought this might have happened when their car hit the telephone pole which was broken off.

The elder Mr. Gabeline was an uncle of Mrs. Ralph Yohe of this city.
