Born March 3, 1894 in Washington county, she was the daughter of Francis and Minnie Ruth Beauchamp. She married Pearl Watson in Washington county May 3, 1911; he died October 16, 1955. She married Frank Gipple November 14, 1960 in Winfield; he died August 22, 1973.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian church, Winfield, and 50-year member of the Order of Eastern Star 413.
Surviving: A son, Verl Watson, Columbus Junction; a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Ross, Winfield; a brother, Ura, Grimes; two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Johnson, Winfield, Mrs. Ruth Rees, Crawfordsville; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian church, Winfield; Reverend Herbert P. Townsend Jr.; Beauchamp cemetery.
