Mary Verle B. Rosenberg, age 89, passed away May 14, 1996 in West Valley City.
Born February 10, 1907 to Archibald and Geneva Ahlstrom Buchanan in Manti, Utah. Married Delos A. Rosenberg January 7, 1931 in the Manti LDS Temple. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She served in various capacities in the church devoting much of her time and talents to Relief Society assignments. She will be dearly missed by her husband, family, friends and all who knew her.
Survived by her husband; children, Faunell (Wayne) Hirschi, Glorus Rowley, Gayle (Linda), Gaylene Sims, Marilou (Allen) Linton; 21 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Madge Jensen and Gwenna Nelson.
Preceded in death by son-in-law, Roland F. Rowley and grandson, William R. Sims II.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m., at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road, where family and friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at the same address.
