He was the voice for the character "Beaky Buzzard" in "Bugs Bunny Gets The Boid"(1942) and "The Bashful Buzzard"(1945-released posthumously). He also lent his talents to such works as "Bugs Bunny And The Three Bears"(1944) as "Junior Bear", "Horton Hatches The Egg"(1942), "Super Rabbit" (1943), "The Heckling Hare"(1942) "The Squawkin Hawk"(1942) and other works. During WWII he served in the U.S. Navy at the rank of Ensign as a pilot. He was killed during a training exercise in Pensacola,FL shortly after completing his role in "The Bashful Buzzard" for Warner Brothers. He was 20 years old at the time of his death.
