Beatrice Elsie Bertha Reinbold (Osterbeck)-
Saginaw, Michigan "Aunt Bea" went to be with her lord and her beloved Sidney on January 6, 2012. Born in Saginaw July 8,1913 to Gerhard and Ida Pauly Osterbeck, she was the youngest of 10 children. Beatrice was a life-long member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church and was a retired secretary to Dr. Gunther Tiedke. She married Sydney Reinbold on June 15,1940. He preceded her in 1987. Aunt Bea loved to travel, shop and drive around in her "old blue buggy." Bea was a lifetime U of M football fan and loved her Wolverines. She was an avid believer in exercising, still getting on the treadmill and stationary bike until her illness in June. She also loved to swim with her "gal pals." Surviving are her 9 nieces and nephews. Also, many great, great-great, great-great-great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Bea was preceded in death by her 9 siblings. Otto Osterbeck, Flo Harnois, Gertrude Walsh, Herman Osterbeck, Maria Allen, Ida Busch, George Osterbeck, Augusta Henning, and Paul Osterbeck Sr. The family would like to thank The Manors, especially Ed, Cherie, Tracey, and Tammy for always looking after Bea. Thank you to her wonderful caregivers, Lutheran Homes Hospice of Hope and Nurse Ekko. A very special thank you to Jessi Kruszka for being our "backup." She enjoyed your visits and the milkshakes! Clara from Holy Cross, you always brightened her day. A graveside service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2012, at Holy Cross Cemetery on Brockway Road, with Reverend James F. Krueger officiating. A memorial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012, at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd., where her family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012, until the time of service. Rev. James F. Krueger officiating.
