Veteran of the War of 1812. Thomas E Christian was the son of William Christian (1758–1828) & Martha Evans (1762–1821) of Fayette County, KY. He was married 1 Nov 1820 in Fayette Co to Harriet Washington Berryman (1799-1882) d/o Gilson Newton Berryman (1779–1838) & Ann Waters Berryman (1767–1856).
