Her burial site unknown, but probably Skullyville. She is listed as Sarah J. Preston in the obituary of her father David S. Ainsworth in 1901.

1904, mar. Green McCurtain and T.D. Ainsworth.
3. John Garrett, born 30 Jul 1849, died 13 May
1931, mar. Susan Walker and Margaret Collins.
4. Margaret Elizabeth, born 10 Feb 1854, died
31 Mar 1923, mar. Jesse B. Ainsworth.
Nancy Pruitt Ainsworth died in childbirth on 3 May 1859, and is probably buried in Neshoba, Kemper or Simpson Co., Mississippi. Grave site unknown.
Her husband and children left Mississippi just after the Civil War and lived out their lives in Skullyville, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory
(Oklahoma).
