Services for Mrs. Ada L. Blankenship, age 98, of Darden, will be 2 p.m., Monday, January 30, 2012 in the Parsons Mortuary Chapel with Dr. Hoyt Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Ararat Cemetery.
Mrs. Blankenship died on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Henderson County Community Hospital.
She is survived by one daughter, Jo Ann (Sam) Faught of Lexington; granddaughter, Sammie Jo Faught; nephew, Clark Blankenship; niece, Pat (Michael) Renfroe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nema Evans Arnold and J.W. Arnold; husband, Joe M. Blankenship; niece, Peggy Teague.
