Alva Bryant, 86, A. Bryant RD, Russell Springs, KY, died Monday, October 18, 2010, at the VA Medical Center, Lexington, KY.
The funeral service will be Thursday, October 21, 2010, at 10amCT, at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main ST, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Kerry Yates the officiating clergy. Burial will be in Blair Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Wednesday, October 20, 2010, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers: David Breeding, Joey Holt, Darrell Gaskins, Wally Sullivan, David Hammond, Bobby Hammond, Orvis Gene Reese, and Quinton Bryant.

He was a farmer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Holt Bryant; a son, Eugene Bryant, and one brother, Adrian Bryant.
He is survived by the following:
Four children: Jeanette (Sigal) Arrwood, Burlington, KY; William "Tommy" (Darlene) Bryant, Russell Springs, KY; Leda (Robert) Harting, Jamestown, KY; and Brenda Kay (Larry) Cundiff, Russell Springs, KY.
One brother: Edwin Bryant, OH
