Roselle A. Roy, 100, died January 13, 2008, at St. Teresa Healthcare Center in Manchester NH after a brief illness. She was born in Taunton MA on November 10, 1907, the daughter of Albert and Rose Anna (Lemay) DeCelles and was a Manchester resident most of her life. Prior to her retirement she was a salesperson at Hill's Department Store.
She was the widow of Alphonse Roy, who died in 1967.
Members of her family include her nieces Yvette Kaszynski of Kittery ME and Claudette Cote of Yuba CA; nephew George Normand of Greene ME; and several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. in Parish of the Transfiguration. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
