Lilborn Louis Atteberry was born Jan. 18, 1901, the 10th child of 16 born to Thomas and Evelygn Atteberry. I was told by his sister, Alice, that he was born near Corona, Walker County Alabama, however in 1900, his parents were living in Fayette County, Alabama. Fact is, they lived in both over the years. Then about 1917, the Atteberrys followed their oldest son, Lee and his wife to live in Missouri. There Lilborn later met and married Iva Buck, who was the oldest of ten children born to Dave Bryant Buck and Ona Myrtel Green Buck. The family had seven children and were living in Michigan when they died. Iva was buried with her parents in Missouri.
