Orpha L. Shoultz, 91, of Columbus, died at 9:05 p.m. on Monday, January 30, 2012, at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Orpha was born in Russell Springs, Kentucky, on June 22, 1920, to the late Syrus and Leva P. Coffey Wilson. In 1944, she married Charles Shoultz who preceded her in death in 1967. She was a member of the Seventh Street Church of God.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street.

Family and friends may call from noon until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Survivors include her sisters, Zilpha Whittle and Willie Casey of Columbus; and several nieces and nephews.
