Clyde Bohanan
Clyde H. Bohanan, 84, of Hollister, died November 7, 2000, at home following an extended illness.
A native of Knoxville, Tenn., he had resided in Putnam County since 1953 coming from Knoxville. He had worked as a heavy equipment operator with Gustafson's Dairy in Green Cove Springs. He was also a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church in Knoxville.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ilene E. Bohanan. He is survived by three sons, eight daughters, a sister, twenty-six grandchildren; thirty-nine great-grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Pine View Cemetery in Interlachen with Bishop H. D. DeLoach, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, from 6-8 p.m. at Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home of Palatka. Posted 11/9/2000
