Robert was born and raised in Kenosha Wis. He and his wife Rosemary took up residence there after their marriage. That is where they raised their children.
At some point they moved to Racine, Wis. and then followed most of their children to California after he retired. Not being able to really call it quits, he started a messanger service which is still in opporation today.
Robert (Uncle Bob to us) was preceded in death by his infant brother Donald, his father Herbert, his mother Carrie, his sister-in-law Zella, his brother Raymond, and his wife Rosemary. His family is now complete in GOD's care, leaving behind his children, two nephews and a niece.
Robert served proudly, with his brother Raymond, in the Army during the second world war. Though he was never on the fighting front, he was proud to serve in whatever way he could.
Another loving husband, devoted father and outstanding serviceman has gone to get his reward in Heaven. May he always feel the comfort of our FATHER's arms.
Our thanks go out to Cindy S. for creating this memorial and passing into my care.
We also thank Jerry Huffman for providing the obituary notes.
