Born June 21, 1914, in Ohioville, daughter of the late Benoni and Anna Cochran Dawson, she was a member of the Ohioville Free Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Tresler, May 2, 1979; two brothers, Benoni and Theodore Dawson, and a sister, Annabell Doutt.
Surviving are a son, Rodney L. Tresler, East Liverpool, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. Donald [Rolena] Renn, South Beaver Township; Karen Hinzman, Beaver, and Miss Winnfred Tresler, at home; eight grandchildren, and three sisters, Mrs. Laura Rice and Mrs. Eleanor Bond, both of Ohioville, and Mrs. Lucy Burchell, New York.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 1 p.m. until closing in the Schwerha Funeral Home, Inc., 600 Beaver Ave., Midland, where a service will be conducted by her pastor, the Rev. Wilmer Olszewski.
Interment will be in Highland Cemetery, Ohioville.
