C.M. SEIBERLING DIES AT AGE 88

Charles Milton Seiberling, 88, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. B.B. Bowen, Chillicothe, RFD 2, at 6:50 o'clock in the morning.
Mr. Seiberling was born Oct. 3, 1865, at Warrenton, Mo., son of Henry and Mary (Edel) Seiberling. He moved to Livingston county with his parents at the age of 2. He had lived 86 years on the same farm, south of Chillicothe.
He married Carrie Estella Linton Oct. 24, 1901 at the J.W. Linton home near Avalon.
Mr. Seiberling had been in failing health since February. However, he was up and around yesterday.
He was a lifetime member of the Liberty Methodist Church, was treasurer of the church until a year ago and was also a Sunday school teacher.
He is survived by two children, George H. Seiberling, of the home and Mrs. Bowen. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife who died May 14, 1947, and one daughter, Edith Marie, who died March 20, 1934, and one sister, Mrs. W.D. Steele.
Burial will be in the Avalon cemetery. The family requests no flowers.
