COX, Mollie Pearson -- (from Elm Springs) The death of Mrs. Mollie (Pearson) Cox Saturday evening removes from our midst one of our best women. She had been sick for six weeks and her death was not unexpected. Mollie Pearson was one of five children, W.B. Pearson, Mrs. Lydia Huffmaster and a brother in Texas yet living. Her aged mother, Mrs. Hugh Pettigrew, of Farmington also survives her. She married Will Cox and leaves 5 children who share his grief in the loss of wife and mother. Mrs. Cox professed faith in Christ early in life and joined the M. E. Church, South. She was an active member of the church through life and died in the faith. She was unselfish, hardworking and devoted to her family, but now she has ceased from her labors and entered into rest. We hope to meet her again.
