Edward A. Hacker of 159 Bodine street, West Brighton, burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, West Brighton. He died in the U. S. Marine Hospital; born in Buffalo.
Mr. Hacker was employed as a linotype operator with Lenz and Riecker, Manhattan printing firm.
He served with the Army in the Philippines campaign during the Spanish-American War, and during the first World War as a draft board member in Cleveland, Ohio.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Anna Hacker; two sons, Eugene P. Hacker of 114 Waldron avenue, Sunnyside, and Adrien T. Hacker of 216 Grandview terrace, Hartford, Conn.; seven grandchildren; four sisters, the Misses Ida and Margaret Hacker of Buffalo, Mrs. Ann Pollock of Buffalo and Mrs. Mary Graef of Kenmore, N. Y., and three brothers, Thomas, Eugene, and Albert Hacker, all of Buffalo.
