SPIEKER. MRS. MARY (LENZ) 483 Randolph' St. Burlington Age 83. Passed away early this morning at her home after a long illness. Mrs. Spieker was born in New Munster, Wis., April 19. 1865. On June 3, 1885, at New Munster, she was married to John Spieker. They had resided on a farm known as the Spieker farm on the River road until the death of Mr. Spieker in 1921, when Mrs. Spieker moved to her home on Randolph St. Surviving are six sons, Joseph and Frank of Burlington. Lawrence, John Leo and Rudolph of Racine; four daughters, Mrs. Henry Uhlenhake, Mrs. Frank May. Mrs. Theodore Richter of Burlington, and Mrs. Adolph Schirott of Racine; 30 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; one brother, Joseph Lenz; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Brever and Mrs. Ben Siehoff, one son, Albert: two brothers, Vernard and Mathius Lenz and one sister, Mrs. Frank Finke, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held Wednesday. 8:30 a. m.. at the McCarthy Funeral Home, Burlington, and 9 a.m., at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Msgr. Kersting officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Friends may call at the McCarthy Funeral Home this evening after 6 oclock and until time of services.
