There are confusing things in the on-line cemetery records, there may be transcription errors in the names and plot locations. (http://www.ci.missoula.mt.us/202/Interment-Registry)
The on-line records don't actually show burials for I.H. Lunsford or S.C. Lunsford. They do have a burial for Sarah Prewett with a plot number that is near to the other Lunsford graves, and the actual location of the stone for I.H. (Isaac) and S.C. (Sarah) Lunsford (which can be seen in the photo behind the first stone on the right).
Another confusing aspect is that in most newspaper and other records, Isaac used his initials, I. H. Lunsford, but transcriptions from the handwritten records or reporter's notes read the capital "I" as a "J", so he appears to be J. H. Lunsford. Sometimes the capital "H" is transcribed as a "K" so he becomes J. K. Lunsford.
I suspect transcription errors in the on-line cemetery records. Looking at the plot numbers, maybe John or James K Lunsford is I. H. Lunsford.
The stone for S.C. Lunsford was updated with her date of death, which someone would have had to pay for.

Inscription
Sarah Prewett's should be marked with a so-called "temporary" stone, which is flat, and approximately 12 inches wide, 8 inches deep. If the stone has not been replaced by a headstone, the cemetery considers the grave to be "unmarked," and allows the turf to grow over the stone, burying it under the grass. They know where it is. They say they are willing to uncover a stone at a family request, but not for Find-A-Gravers.
doug, Find A Grave ID 49115975, probed to a depth of 6" but was unable to locate a temporary marker.
