Bethiah Sprague4 Skolfield (John3, Thomas2, Thomas'), a twin to Mary, was born 22 August 1815 on Birch Island, Maine; married, first, Hugh Scott on 16 October 1843 in Cumberland, Maine; married, second, John Millett Hunt on 12 November 1849. She died 9 May 1886 of consumption and
was buried in Pine Grove Cemetery, Brunswick, Maine.
Hugh Scott was born in 1821 in Greenoch. Scotland; died 18 May 1847 at sea.

i. Frances Bethiah5 Scott was born 26 August 1844; married, first, Albert Shedd Way;
married, second, George Hunt.
ii. John Skolfield Scott was born 27 June 1846; married Nellie M. Turner, the marriage license issued
24 February 1871 in Portland, Maine. He died 1 June 1881.
