The engagement fo Miss Wilma Ahlstrom, dau of John Ahlstrom of St.Benedict, & G.W.Anderson of Patton, was announced at a supper held by the officers of the Susquehanna chapter of the Eastern Star in the lodge room of the Good building at Patton. The wedding will be an event of early October. Both Miss Ahlstrom & Mr. Anderson are popular young people of their communities.

ANDERSON - Mrs. Wilma A. 72, of St. Benedict, PA died Dec 14, 1976 at Memorial Hospital. Born June 26, 1904 in St. Benedict, daughter of John & Anna Louise (Johnson) Ahlstrom. Survived by husband, Gust W. and two daughters, Mary, wife of James Schamber of Park Forest, IL & Karen, wife of Morgan Stickler of Conemaugh. Trustee of St. Benedict United Presbyterian Church where she served as organist. Friends will be received at James J. Long Funeral Home in Barnesboro, where services will be held, the Rev.David Rider, officiating. Interment at Fairview Cemetery. Family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
