Agatha V. Larson, 98, formerly of VanGassler Road, Munger, died Tuesday, July 15, 2008 in Chris Jensen Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on Oct. 1, 1909 in Duluth to John V. and Hanna J. (Johnson) Erickson.
Agatha grew up in Hermantown and was a longtime Munger resident. She was a homemaker and also cleaned private homes. She married Thure Larson on Aug. 28, 1929. Agatha was a longtime member of Hope Lutheran Church, Munger, its Ladies Aide and was a former Sunday School teacher. She was also a member of the Swedish Cultural Society. She enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren and music. She was a hard worker all of her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thure in 1976; one brother and three sisters.
Agatha is survived by her son, David (Diana); daughter, Helen Carol Larson; three grandchildren; one great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
Burial was at Oneota Cemetery.
