Mr. James Richard Brice, age 83, of Thurmont, at Martinsburg Veteran Affairs Hospital, Martinsburg, WV. Mr. Brice retired in 1987 from the Thurmont Shoe Co. after 42 years of service as a shoe cutter. He was a veteran of the US Army, and a member of Edwin C. Creeger American Legion Post 168, Thurmont.
Graveside services to be held on May 27 in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
