Funeral services were held in Detroit Wednesday with Burial at Roseland Park Cemetery there.
Attending the funeral from Fairfield were her two sisters in law, mrs. Charles (Laura) Etheridge and Mrs. Wildon (Goldie) Manlove. They are sisters of Mr. Lemons, who was born and reared north of Golden Gate.
Mrs. Lemons was born April 17, 1894, daughter of L. E. and Janie Grace (Runyon) Doty, of Mt. Erie. On November 6, 1906 she was married to Clarence Lemons and to this unin four children were born. Charles Edgar, Leland Eugene, Lloyd Dale Lemons and one daughter Mrs. Imogene Poe, all of Detroit.
For the past 25 years she was a very active member of the Church of Christ in Detroit.
She leaves her husband, the four children, six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
