Services for Cora Ann High, 85, McMinnville, will be Thursday, Sept. 1, 1977, at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Macy & Son with the Rev. Charles Knox officiating.
Interment will be at the Masonic Cemetery. She died Aug. 29 at McMinnville Hospital.
Born May 14, 1892, at Warsaw, Neb., she was the daughter of James and Sarah Buskirk Kilgore. As a young child she moved to the McMinnville area.
She married Frank M. High on Sept. 19, 1909, in McMinnville, and had lived here for many years.
Mrs. High was a longtime member of Rebekah Friendship Lodge 12 and served in all the offices, including past noble grand. A member of the Women’s Relief Corps, she at one time worked for Macy & Son.
Survivors include her husband, Frank M. High, McMinnville; two daughters, Mrs. Murl Rogers, Newberg, and Mrs. Aldean Parrish, McMinnville; a sister, E.G. Kilgore, Newberg; and two grandchildren.
