Icy Ware, age 98 of Haynesville, La. died Saturday, May 10, 2003 in Homer, La. after a brief illness. She was born February 9, 1905 in Wares Chapel Community, Arkansas. She was a member of Haynesville United Methodist Church and devoted her life to loving and caring for her family. She was the daughter of James Miles Ware and Parrie Lee Owen Ware. She was preceded in death by her husband, Perry Corbon Ware and two daughters, Mary Frances Ware and Patsy Ware Hampton. Her survivors are one son, and three grandsons.
