After Jacques death his widow and several children removed from Holland to America.

Mahieu as present and a witness to the marriage. His own (2nd) marriage to Jennie Lamam (also seen on some Ancestry trees as La Moyne) was on June 30, 1603 in Leiden - re/
International Marriage Records @ Ancestry.com. This would make his death date after 1611. No records have been found naming his 1st wife.
