QUINCY -- Gladys P. (Evans) Colcord, 101, of Quincy, died Thursday at the Elihu White Nursing Home in Braintree. Mrs. Colcord was a member of St. Chrysostom's Episcopal Church in Quincy and a former member of the Rebekah Lodge. Born in Huntington, Ark., she had been a resident of Quincy for 67 years. Wife of the late Herbert N. Colcord Sr., she is survived by a son, Herbert N. Colcord Jr. of Randolph; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services and burial will be private. There are no visiting hours. Arrangements were made by the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 North Main St., Randolph. Donations may be made to St. Chrysostom's Church, 1 Linden St., Wollaston 02169.
