Thelma Ella Lazich, 93, of 8949 N. 79th St., Apt. C115, Milwaukee, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls.

Thelma was born the daughter of Arthur and Elsie (Puls) Kuehn on June 13, 1918, in Mayville. Thelma was united in marriage to Michael D. Lazich in 1941 in Milwaukee.

Thelma was a member of the Salem Ev. Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. In her spare time, Thelma enjoyed dancing and playing cards. She also loved the time that she spent with family and friends.

Thelma is survived by her children of Sturtevent, California, and Wauwatosa; her four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Thelma is further survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Michael, one brother Gordon and one sister Doris Baertschy.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, Feb. 11, at 1 p.m. at Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville. A visitation was held on Saturday, Feb. 11, from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at Graceland Cemetery in Mayville.
