TOLEDO, O. - Mrs. Katharine
H. Brown, 87, who lived at the
Commodore Perry hotel, died
Monday in the Ashland Avenue
hospital for Convalescents. She
was the wife of U.S. Post-
master General Walter F. Brown,
who survives here.
Funeral services will be at 1
p.m. Wednesday in St. Marks's
Episcopal church, and burial will
be in Woodlawn cemetery, Friends
are being received at the Bennett
mortuary, Adams street.
Mrs. Brown spent her earlier
years at Middle Bass Island, near
Put-In-Bay.
