Carol R. Riddle, 89, formerly of Darrington, died March 1, 1988 in Gresham, Oregon.
She was born October 6, 1898 in Iowa and came to Darrington in 1928. She had made her home in Oregon since 1975. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. N.C. Riddle, a pioneer Darrington physician. She is survived by two daughters, Charlotte Riddle of Everett and Betty Thompson of Troutdale, Oregon; two sisters, Charlotte Phillips of Grenell, Iowa and Gladys Busk of Davenport, Iowa; four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were Saturday in the Arlington Cemetery.
Arrangements were under direction of the Weller Funeral Home, Arlington.
