Funeral services were held today at the Roseberry Funeral Home for Floyd A. Cavanaugh, 59, who died at 5 p.m. Friday of a heart attacked suffered while fishing on the Wisconsin River. The Rev. Lyndon Viel officiated and burial was in Pine Cemetery in the town of Lincoln.
Mr. Cavanaugh was born June 13, 1910, at Newchester in Adams County, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Cavanaugh, and married Beatrice Stevens on Nov. 3, 1937, at Friendship. He lived in Adams County all his life, and was a retired railroad worker.
