Jasmine Nichole Faylor, 3 year old daughter of Troy Faylor and Debra Wallace died Tuesday, March 10, 2009 from injuries sustained in a house fire. She was born August 1, 2005 in Midland. She is survived by her father, Troy Faylor and Randi Finney; mother, Debra Wallace and Jack Wiggins all of Midland; by one brother Gavin Wallace one sister Haley Faylor both at home; by grandfather, Mark Wallace of Midland; grandparents, Roger DeGraw and Vickie DeGraw, Charlene Carlisle and Lee Carlisle all of Midland, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
~Memorial Services~
Memorial services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009 from the Ware Smith Woolever Funeral Home, 1200 West Wheeler Street. Pastor James Smith will officiate.
~Visitation~
Jasmine's family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service.
