Rodney Edgar Feehan, 76, of Salem died on July 27, 2001 at Henry County Health Center. Funeral services will he held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Jeffrey Crawford officiating. Burial will be in Green Mound Cemetery with Weir Funeral Home directing arrangements. He was born on March 31, 1925 in Trenton to James and Yutilea (Kalmus) Feehan. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a retired plumber. He married Hazel Lorene Sempf on April 16, 1947. She died on January 2, 1974. He married Catherine (Bollinger) Barnes on September 30, 1978 in New London. Survivors include his wife, Catherine; his sons, Steven Feehan of Salem and John Feehan of Mount Pleasant; his daughters, Ilene Duncan of Mount Pleasant, Carla Woodsmall of Lockridge, and Linda Weir of Rome; his step-children, Becky Barnes, Connie Henry, Pam Scott, and Robert Barnes; his brothers, Allen Feehan of Green City, Missouri and Stanley Feehan of Joy, Illinois; his sisters, Katherine Housh of Mount Pleasant and Ellen Myers of Burlington; twenty four grandchildren; and thirty eight great-grandchildren.
