Services for Larry L. Boll, 18, of 327 Holland St, Shillington, who was killed Saturday in a head-on accident, were held this morning. The Rev. William S. Ryan officiated in the Workinger Funeral Home, York. Burial was made in the Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, York. Born in York, he was a son of Robert L. and Dorothy (Stoner) Boll, with whom he resided. A 1973 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School, he was employed as a steel construction worker by the Larco Co., Chester County. He was a member of St. Luke's Evangelical Congregational Church, Shillington. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, at home; and his grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. John H. Stoner, Dover R.D. 4, and Mrs Margaret Boll, York, and his great-grandfather, John Boll, York.

Former Yorker Youth, 18, killed In Crash
A Shillington youth and a native of York was killed in a car-truck accident early Saturday morning in northwestern Chester County. His passenger was injured critically. I
Larry L. Boll, 18, son of Robert 1. and Dorothy Stoner Boll. 327 Holland St.. Shillington, former York area residents, died at 7:35 a.m. in Coatesville hospital about two hours after the crash. State police at Coatesville said the mishap occurred at 5:45 a.m. on U.S. Route 322, just west of Brandywine Manor. A late model sports car driven by Boll collided with an eastbound tractor trailer truck operated by Harry O. Krause, 63, Summit Station, Pa. Police reported Andrew O'Brien, also 18, of Wyomissing, was in Coatesville Hospital with multiple injuries. Following impact, Krause's truck overturned, spilling its 24-ton load of coal onto the highway. Both the 197J convertible sports car and the truck and open bed trailer were demolished with losses totaling $32,500, according to police. Young Boll, a 1973 graduate of Gov. Mifflin High School, Shillington, was employed by Larco Co., Chester, as a steel construction worker. He was a member of St. Luke's Evangelicc.. Congregational Church, Shillington. Also surviving are a brother; maternal grandparents; the paternal grandmother, and the paternal great grandfather. Private funeral services are scheduled Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Workinger Funeral Home, 849 E. Market St., with his pastor. The Rev. William S. Ryan, of ficiating. Burial will follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, near Dallastown.
