Foye Davis Marshburn, age, 100, died on February 16, 2012. She was born April 20, 1911 in White Oak, NC. She was the daughter of the late William P. and Sarah Bordeaux Davis, and the widow of Paul T. Marshburn, Sr.
She is survived by her son, P. T. Marshburn, Jr. and wife Carolyn, daughter, Beth Marshburn Bell and husband Gregory. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Bradford Marshburn (Laura), Anna Marshburn Oppelt (Tom) and Brian Bell (Veronica), great-grandchildren, Garrett and Benjamin Marshburn, Mason and Cameron Oppelt, Lauren, Susanna, Taylor and Dillon Bell.
A memorial service will be held 3 PM, Sunday, February 19 at Andrews Mortuary Market Street Chapel, with Dr. Lance Perry, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
