Mr Ware was born in Claiborne Parish, La. and had resided in Macon, Ga. since 1942, moving there from Ashville, N. C.. He was secretary and treasurer for the Georgia Retail Furniture Association, was affilated with the Rhodes Furniture Company for 15 years, President of the Monroe Hill Development Company, a member of the Riverside Gold and Country Club, The Idle Hour Country Club, A Mason and Alshia temple and the Scottish Rite temple. He was a former member of the Lions Club and received his education in the public schools of Louisiana and attended L. S. U. He was a verteran of World War I and the American Legion Post #3. He was the Son of Thomas Perry and Sarah F. Modisette Ware.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Lamy Wetzell Ware of Macon, One Daughter and Three grandchildren.
