MRS. CLARENCE ALDRICH DIES AT SANITARIUM —•—
The death of Mrs. Bertha Aldrich, wife of Clarence Aldrich of Farmington, occurred at the Clifton Springs Sanitarium last Wednesday, after an extended illness. She was in her 48th year. Mrs. Aldrich was a native of Farmington, having been born May 11, 1891, a daughter of the late Perry and Elizabeth Nichols. She was united in marriage with Clarence Aldrich on Dec. 18, 1912.
Besides her husband, the survivors are two daughters, Mrs. John Ayrault of Clifton Springs and Mrs. Earl Bristol of Palmyra; one son, Julius Aldrich of Shortsville; five brothers, John Nichols of Manchester. Morey Nichols of Palmyra, Louis Nichols Canandaigua, Ernest Nichols of Marion and Edward Nichlos of Fairport; also three grandchildren. Funeral obsequies were held from the home of Mrs. Earl Bristol in Palmyra on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. Leon L. Swarthout, pastor of the Manchester Baptist Church. Interment followed at the South Farmington cemetery.
