Funeral services for Mrs. Franklin Scott Newcom , 80, of 737 Plymouth Blvd., who died Tuesday, will be conducted tomorrow noon at the Little Church of the Flowers, Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A native of Indiana, Mrs. Newcom had lived in Los Angeles for 29 years. She leaves her husband Franklin G. Newcom, two sons J. Scott and James E. Newcom, a daughter Vivan Gejerset, and two granddaugters all of Los Angeles.
