Michael "Raul" Aguilera, 59, of Carpinteria, passed away suddenly on Feb. 2, 2012, in Carpinteria.
He was born Dec. 31, 1952, in Ventura County and was a resident here for 59 years. He worked for 13 years as a manufacturing supervisor. His hobbies were traveling, reading, and listening to music. He was preceded in death by his father, Jose Jesus, and mother, Elena Aguilera.
He is survived by his brothers, Abel, David, John, and Mario, and sister, Leticia, and their families and friends.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 12, at Skillin Carroll Mortuary. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 13, at St. Sebastian. Burial will be at Pierce Brothers Cemetery.
