Linda Joyce Swims, 57, of Gloster, died Jan. 25, 2004, at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, La.
Visitation is 5 to 9 tonight at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, and 9 a.m. Tuesday until services there at 11 a.m. The Rev. Ernest Whittington will officiate. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
Mrs. Swims was born Sept. 19, 1946, to the late Bonnie Roberts and the late Nona Mae Roberts.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Connie Swims of Liberty; one daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Wayne Temple of Liberty; three grandchildren, Candy Swims, Justin Temple and Dustin Temple; five sisters and two brothers-in-law, Mary and Linus Whittington, and Doll and Linus Bateman, all of Gloster; and Joann Kirkland, Virginia Dillon and Bonnie Gail Hughes, all of Liberty; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
